Overview:
Craft drinks, engage with guests, create content, and represent the Volta brand both in-person and online. Must be upbeat, reliable, and passionate about educating guests on a new concept.
Availability Requirements:
- At least one weekend day per week.
- In town and consistently available during the first 90 days of employment.

General Manager – View Job Description
Full-time | $55,000–$95,000 (Base + Commission)
We’re growing — and we’re looking for a leader who’s ready to grow with us.
Volta is not your typical café. We're a wellness-driven brand that blends café culture with cutting-edge nutrition through our proprietary Vita-Serums — functional formulations like Caffeine, NAD+, Collagen, Colostrum, and Creatine — served in drinks and sold in-store.
We’re seeking a General Manager to oversee café operations, drive in-store sales, and develop our team. You’ll lead barista training, ensuring every guest is educated about our products and walks away with a next-level wellness experience. You’ll also play a key role in helping us launch a second location in the next 12 months.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage all daily café operations
- Train and mentor baristas to confidently educate guests on Vita-Serums and drinks
- Drive in-store sales, set goals, and implement strategies to reach targets
- Improve workflows to increase efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team development
- Collaborate with ownership on expansion plans for the next location
What We’re Looking For
- A self-starter who believes in wellness and our products
- Strong leadership skills with experience training and managing teams
- Sales-focused mindset with the ability to hit and exceed in-store goals
- Passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Previous experience in café, hospitality, or wellness industries preferred
- Organized, proactive, and motivated by growth opportunities
Compensation
- $55,000–$95,000 per year
Pay is based on experience, leadership performance, workflow improvements, sales goals met, and Vita-Serum sales in-store.
